CrossFit Open Workout 22.1
We kicked off the 2022 CrossFit open at Forged Barbell and had a great crew there testing their fitness on the first workout which was a 15 minute AMRAP of 3 wall walks, 12 dumbbell snatches and 15 box jump overs. My score was 169 which I was not happy with because it put me down halfway in my division. I screwed up and did box jumps instead of step overs like everyone else in my division which tired me out more and slowed me down. I thought they would be way faster than step overs but I was wrong. Well, that's the Open for you! It continuously challenges and humbles us! You can check out my performance in the video below!
