I just completed my certification as a Ready State Mobility coach, which I have been working on for over seven months! This certification was developed and taught by world renowned Doctor of Physical Therapy Dr. Kelly Starrett and teaches a proven methodology for optimizing human movement, while preventing injury and alleviating pain! This will allow me to use this knowledge to help my athletes move optimally as well as prevent and recover from injuries and pain!
